(90 minute, 2+ hours)

Therapy sessions that have extended time, so rather than a standard 50 minute session, we can take 90minutes, 2hours, or more dedicated to processing deeper without feeling rushed. 
We will discuss this as an option and create a plan for how they will look like. 

Ecotherapy 

(Walk and Talk)

When possible in regards to weather and accessibility, therapy sessions can be conducted outside in nature. 

It can be helpful for processing and changing our environment, as well as connecting to the land where we reside. 

Systems Approach
